Another quick re-cap of the week:
Delivered a baby on July 24 (Friday), another one early, early Monday morning, another one Tuesday morning and still have one more than a week overdue. That's about 1/3 of my births for the year....all boys, by the way.
weather is in the low 90's - not bad for what is traditionally the hottest week of the year.
Harvesting zucchini and patty pan like CRAZY. Wow, did that stuff grow. The zucchini plants have got to be 2 1/2 feet tall, with leaves a foot across...getting our first tomatoes, too. Yum!
Canned green beans a couple weeks ago - the kids snapped two bushels worth in just a few hours...
more than 1/2 of the back-to-school shopping is done. yay, me! Expensive, but I remind myself that if they were not wearing uniforms, it'd be a whole lot more expensive....
Today is Nonee's birthday. She is 13, so we now have 8 teenagers, 6 of 'em at home. our food bill is high. :)
My goal for the upcoming week is to get my new computer purchased and set-up - woohoo!

Why do I always miss out on the boy streaks? My siblings have all been having boys this year too!
