Mr. Blacksmith is getting old!! He just turned 22 on Thursday - I can't believe it! He has not cut his hair since last July. Goofball. It fits well, however, with his summer job of doing Pioneer re-enactment at This is the Place state park. Things are easier as they get older, although they certainly are not cheaper. He got linen-blend fabrics and a promise from me to sew Viking re-enactment outfits, as well as a couple of "homespun" shirts for the pioneer era. He also got books (his choosing) and a book on CD about Joseph Smith. His birthday dinner: hamburgers, pink stuff, baked beans, French fries, triple-chocolate cake and homemade ice cream.
